There is various different highland games which are spread out over the summer.

The Band carries out a wide variety of engagements throughout the year but particularly in the Summer months when Street Parades are undertaken on Saturday evenings from July to mid September unless the Band is appearing as some other event.

Also every Wednesday evening from July to mid September the Band holds a Summer Show in the Pipe Band Hall. The Shows are popular with both locals and visitors.

There are various local and visiting acts each week including the mini Pipe Band, Highland Dancers, Scottish Dance Band, male and female vocalists, etc. Admission costs £2.50 and this includes tea/coffee and biscuits.
