We offer quality Bed and Breakfast for a maximum of 6 guests in either twin or double accommodation.  All rooms are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, colour T.V. and fully controllable central heating.

We have been doing bed and breakfast for over 20 years and are proud to have achieved  the Scottish Tourist Boards and Automobile Association 4 Stars.  We are also a member of Scotland's Best B&B's and are proud to hold the Welcome Host Certificate and are a member of The Federation of Small Businesses.

This is a non-smokers haven as it is totally non-smoking and 
we are afraid that we do not allow pets.
